Position Overview

The heart of the front desk.

Cupertino Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator who’s ready to make a real impact on our patients’ experience from the moment they walk in. Requirements

What we’re looking for.

  • Comfortable working with different age demographics and excellent patient engagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and interactive.
  • Attention to detail, with data-processing and organizational skills (priority-setting, file maintenance, report generation).
  • Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Word.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (business school background a plus); medical or business office front-desk experience desirable but not required.
