We test your strength, range, and mechanics.
For joint, muscle, and bone pain that won’t quit: a cause-first evaluation and a plan with an endpoint, so you can trust your body again.
What It Is
A sore knee, a stiff shoulder, a back that never quite feels stable: these aren’t just something to live with. Something specific is loading that joint or that tissue wrong, and it’s the reason the pain keeps coming back.
Orthopedic therapy starts with a cause-first evaluation of how you move, not just where it hurts. We test your strength, your range, your mechanics, and we find the actual source, whether that’s a surgery you’re recovering from, a joint that’s worn down, or a movement pattern that’s quietly overloading one area.
From there, you get a plan with an endpoint: specific exercises and hands-on work to rebuild strength, restore motion, and get that joint carrying load the way it’s supposed to again.
A plan built around your body, not a generic protocol

Questions, Answered
Your first visit is a cause-first evaluation: we test how your joint moves, how strong the muscles around it are, and what’s actually driving the pain. From there you get hands-on work to restore motion and specific exercises to rebuild strength, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit. Nothing generic, nothing guessed at.
Rest can calm pain down for a while, but it doesn’t fix the mechanics that caused it. If a joint is weak, stiff, or loaded the wrong way, the pain tends to return the moment you go back to normal life. Orthopedic therapy targets that root cause, so the goal isn’t just quiet pain today, it’s a joint that holds up.
Most PPO plans cover orthopedic physical therapy, and many cover it well. Coverage still varies by plan, so we verify your exact benefits before your first visit, meaning no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (408) 873-8188.
