With over five years of experience in healthcare administration, Ashley excels at navigating the complexities of insurance. Having worked with major systems like CCC One and Mitchell, she ensures that EMR management and insurance pre-certifications are handled with precision. Ashley is currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance at Collin College, using her expertise to help patients clearly understand their benefits.

Working alongside our therapists, Ashley finds it incredibly rewarding to support patients throughout their entire journey. Whether she is explaining coverage or streamlining your next visit to our Cupertino/San Jose location, her goal is to make your experience seamless. When she isn’t at the clinic, Ashley enjoys writing short stories, creating digital graphics, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through activities like hiking and Pilates, which keep her energized and ready to serve our community.
